I never suggested that Neo radiated anything other than green light! What I was suggesting was that the light he was radiating follows the same pattern as the Oracles...less intense and more green the further from the source....I don't think anyone could deny this!

I have watched the scene many times forwards, backwards, slow, normal speed...etc.

I fail to see how a screen capture could somehow be less accurate than watching the movie in slow mo....?

Are you sure the contrast is not set too high on your tv?....

Even in the very first frame of the scene she is not entirely white (see screen cap above)...she still appears to have a green code underneth it all.

Try watching it and turning the contrast down...if you still disagree then lets just agree to disagree...

I think that the Merovingian would have gold code. Why? It's just a feeling I have, based on the fact that the ancient royal bloodlines that the historical Merovingians are decended from according to the legends about them are said to have consumed a type of powdered gold as a drug. Monatomic powdered gold is supposed to kind of act like the Spice in the DUNE series, expanding your mind and stuff like that. You can buy it in a lot of places that sell holistic drugs, and it was supposedly discovered be the ancient Sumerians.

but maybe he would but i think it would of showed it in the movie because it shows seraph in gold code why wouldnt they do the same when they walk into the resteraunt in the first meeting? just a thought!

In that case I agree that it is the same as Seraphs;

Thanks for pointing out those two factors (that the Oracle was only shown after Smith started copying, and especially the shooting script which I didn't even think to check).

And dang it, Tozy's logic caused me to change my mind AGAIN about gold code (it sure is a lot of trouble to change your mind when "your mind" is plastered all over a website!). So, I deleted the FAQ: Green vs. Gold Code page, and elaborated a bit on gold code on the following two pages:

It certainly seems that way at the beginning of Reloaded. Remember, Neo goes to her long abandoned apartment looking for her, but she's apparently been missing.

Also remember that the Oracle tells Neo at the very beginning of the conversation that she's not going to bite. That's because this is the first time Neo has seen her gold code, and he doesn't know quite what to think about her at first.
