Neo: "Of what?"
Seraph: "That you are The One."

The truth will come to light. I don't think Warner Bros. or the Wachowski Bros. are to blame. Whoever sent the material to Warner Bros. under the false pretence that they owned it are to blame. I heard Sophia sent her material to a different source and that source lied to Warner, other producers and directors about the true source of the work-

seriously though...

it is naivity that would bring such a event to occur

people forget that is it the buisness end and not the creative end of the industry that determines what is made/promoted etc...

this end of the buisness is run like any other money grabbing corporation

and to put it simply...you cant really copyright an idea and its variants

for example...a friend of mine purchased a budget block based puzzle game today for his pc...called tetrix

and thats an example of copying something that is already successful

to many people have argued a similar case and lost because they were

a:stupid
b:naive
c:a money grabbing lazy $^%%&$£ that is simply trying to capitalize on someone elses genuine success

besides as we all know

the makers of dark city, ghost in the shell and all the other influences on the matrix arent sueing for money

if you are the real sophia stewart and you genuinly did create the matrix idea then where did you get your influences from?

do the people who created those influences have a right to sue you for stealing your ideas

i think not

You can't copyright an idea. If you try to sue someone for stealing your idea the case will get thrown out immediately. There is no law or legal precendent that prohibits it.

So as Sophia Stewart's case was lodged back in 1999 and is still going, obviously she's not stupidly claiming that her "idea" was stolen. Actual material, such as dialogue, descriptions, drawings, etc. must be what she is claiming for the case to make any sense.

It doesn't matter if she stole her idea from the Bible, or even if the Wachowski's stole her ideas. There is nothing legally wrong with that. All that matters if actual copyrightable material was stolen or used without consent.

so your saying that the one is copyrighted. like the phrase "the one" was copyrighted by her? because you cant copyright that. Its in the bible to explain Jesus. alot they call him the one who is highly exalted and ect.
