oh, i don't know...we go from talking about the properties of Smith and Neo and cookies and the Oracle and the possible One-ness of various characters...

and then you bring up how good Weaving is in the Smith role? i mean, hey...good on you. but it just seems out of place in this thread.

Let me refrase. In man's small, unintelligent mind, the opposite of a male is a female. Smith and Neo are opposites. So why are they both male?
The short answer is, because the scripts were not written just from a "man's small, unintelligent mind".

Rather, they were written incorporating archtypes and symbols from different mytholgy. That includes ones of dualling alpha-males, which is also an image from neo-paganism (the young god fights the old god for the goddess).

Further, the notion of "opposite genders" is merely a phrase, rather than a reality. Opposite in what? Composite would be a better word to use. After all, of all the things in the world, men and women are most like each other.

All I did was answer the thread question. I do not have to be associated with your conversations.

Reread my last post. I said associated with your CONVERSATIONS, not with people you are. Also, for the record, I did not hint in any way that you were my inferior.

Seems to have been a little misunderstanding here.
