I got a chance to see the full extra features disk from the Matrix Revolutions. There was all the normal cool stuff showing how they did everything and so on and so on. One thing they talked about was making what they called the 'Super City', which was the main city in the Matrix based on Sydney, Australia. They mentioned how you see the most of this city during the Super Brawl in Revolutions. They briefly showed a team designing the city, and it was drawn in the shape of the symbol that is seen in the beginning of Revolutions. Then they show an animation of Smith and Neo fighting above the city before the storm effects were added. You can see the arms of the symbol stretching out as peninsulas of the city. There are a few different views where you can piece together the symbol. I foung this to be pretty interesting and it furthers the importance of this symbol. Just something to look for when you get a chance to see this or something to discuss if you already saw it.

Just a correction and something to add: They don't call it the super city but rather the 'mega city.' In a few shots you can easily see the city is built in the shape of this symbol. And this ectra features dvd just furthers my oppinion that the Matrix Reloaded/Revolutions has the best special effects of any movie ever. They get absolutely no credit for the magnificent scenes they created. Definitely don't skip over disc 2 when you come home with Revolutions on April 6.

Well I hope the special features for Revolutions are a "little" better than Reloaded. The special features for Reloaded were a huge dissapointment. There was nothing there. There better be a box dvd set with tons of behind the scenes film for the sequels.
