Sorry if this is a repost, hut in m1 Neo sees in code, he sees the agents in code, all the code is green, in reloaded he sees seraph in gold and in revolutions the oracle is shown in gold when Smith takes her.

Correction: the Oracle's code is green when Smith copies over her in Revolutions. Seraphs cold is gold, but there was no reason for all the code not to be green at the end of M1.
