Yes, I was very into budhism in my youth (14-16) probably would have become a budhist monk by the time I was 18 if I had not kept studying other religions at the same time.

You know, there really is no way of pleasing everyone. Most people are pissed at Mormons and Jehovahs witness' because they go way beyond the normal christian 'pushing' of their religion, like door to door religion salesmesn. So if I was pushing my religion I would be pissing a lot of people off. Now I dont want to push it and want to leave it for the people who are (IMHO) enlighted enough to seek it out because it appeals to them without being hearded or talked into it so now I am a the bad guy because I want to keep it all to myself.

If everyone in this world were free thinkers, and not followers, I would have no problem with everyone being a follower of my religious/philosophical ideas. But its a scientific fact, you have leaders and followers in every species. The Bellweathers, Alphas, whatever, and then you got everyone else. My religion is not acceptable or believable to the latter. Why would I want them to even bother trying to get it when its not for them?

Sure I am happy I think I have the answer and others dont. Whats wrong with that? I should hate myself for it? Should I go blow my brains out because I think I am right? Many of my family members I love and have great respct for are christians, I am GLAD they are christians. With the kind of mind a christian has, imagine if all they got in a religion was what mine had to offer, no god, no security blanket, and no universal plan, or any known afterlife. For those people it would be a cold bleak existence for them, a living hell. Why would I want to put anyone through that? Christianity serves a good purpose for most of its followers, it keeps them honest, safe, secure, and happy. My religion does not offer that, it has to come from the individual. You give up certain safety measures for freedom, you have to. it is ok to do that, it is not ok to do the opposite (give up freedom for security) case in point would be the patriot act and the patriot act 2.

I am nt being selfsih, I am being proud. If anyone wants to know about my religion they are free. I am just not going to put it out here on the boards because whats the point? If someone has any desire to know I will PM them with it. If anyone does just PM me and ask, just dont post it on here if you wouldnt mind. I am not trying to minister to the masses or change anyones beliefs, but I would never deny someone access to any knowledge so that I can know more than anyone. Nature creates its own heirarchal structure, I dont need to do that.

I think we could post a thread regarding this or any other religion in another forum, maybe the "Symbols in the Matrix & References to existing philosophies " since the matrix has basis in many religions and thats how we wound up off topic here in the first place.

That is very true. Its like, knowing the answers doesn't elevate you higher, it just means you are different. You are not any better or worse because of it, just different than you were before. I know eaxctly what you mean because my religion works on reasonably similar principle. Choosing to know (or remember something) just means you make a statement about Who You Really Are. The person who chooses not to know this thing is just making a different statement about Who They Really Are.
