[Enter The Matrix]
Ghost: "What's wrong?"
Niobe: "Morpheus called."

But I also what to confer that it is possible programs see the code or 'somthing' as many scenes do make you wonder, so who knows? But what I do think is most important to take note of, is that they see things like love at all, as I believe this reveals the story’s intended deeper meaning.

I think that you neglect a little bit the acto'rs playing. Rama, Merv, and Persephone always look Neo or Trinity from feet to head when they talk about what they see in them (just watch it again if you have the DVD's).
I really don't think that it is a coincidence, you must not be too insicive about requiring evidences because they never give so detailed explanations. Instead, look at the hints and choose the more likely explanation.
Just use your common sense.

Neo:"there is no spoon"
Merovingian:"there is no lipstick!"

Now I have a proof that the code is seen in green by programs too. When Smith copies The Oracle, we see the scene in green code.
Neo is not there, so who else is seeing it in green code if, as you assumed, green code is something peculiar to Neo ?

I am not on anyone's side here but i don't think that if we see green code it is immediately assumed that we are seeing it through SOMEONE's eyes who is present on that scene too.

Remember Merovingian's cake? It was filmed from top does it imply that Neo flew over to look at it? I don't even wanna go to the part when they go between that horny woman's legs in green code;)

When Neo is healing Trinity on the rooftop, we see the green Matrix code but no one else is there. HUH!

Yeah but the previous posters implied that the green code was something specific to Neo, I guess that now we agree that it is not the case.

We see "code" in many parts of the film.

Somehow, looking at a scene in code, such as the "resurection" scene, reminds me of zionites looking in the code outside the matrix.

If this is true, then an obvious question would be who is "watching"in the end, when neo is "dead"

Programs Lying. (They don't)

truth is that programs DO lie.
if you lie out of "goodwill" is it still a lie?
to say NO is ignorant.

It isn't a lie if you state something out of ignorance (as the Architect did) or if you are merely evasive (as the Oracle is rather good at - and trust me on this second point, as I used to be a lawyer).

The Architect "can't see beyond any choice" (according to the Oracle) which would explain the discrepancy between his little speech and the outcome of the trilogy.

Meanwhiile, the Oracle herself never lies, but is very manipulative in the way she talks. Characters infer meaning from what she says that is not necessarily true.

If any program was going to lie it would be the Merovingian - the deceiver, the false saviour etc - and yet Trinity rescues Neo although as soon as she pulled the gun away from Merv's head in Club Hel, he could have changed his mind....but he didn't.
