The "train station" program is not in the "matrix" (the program matrix)

Although it must be phisicly connected, just like you can connect 2 computers with a cable, if the connection is not open, and the computers arn't tx - rx, then there is no point.

The train station is a full duplex (in - out) though the channels. But when there is no train, the channels are closed, data is looped thru the output to the input (neo's mind is data)

True... maybe that the subway is not so illegal. I think that the trainman is a legal program in charge for bringing in and out programs but sometimes he does illegal things for the Merovingian.

The trainman thinks that he is unoticed while in fact, like many other programs, he's doing what the big bosses are expecting him to do but he does not realize it (always the illusion of choice as free will etc.).

But I have found a good explanation for the way they jack in.

The fact that Link could not see Neo (in revolutions) in the matrix brought me to think that somehow, when a human connect, the matrix copy his mind and interacts with the copy of his mind. That same copy is still linked to the human brain but only for global decisions (like "what will I do now") but the details like moving an arm or a finger is decided by the RSI.

So, when Neo destroyed the sentinels, he cut the link with his RSI and should have died but thanks to his "awarness" that he got by going through the door, his body survived it and his RSI stayed blocked in Mobil AVe because of the love he felt for Trinity.

That would explain why rebels can't emulate the "disconnect command" since the RSI is in the matrix.

When Neo stopped the sentinels ... What do you think happend ?

a) Since he still has his implants, Neo is now obviously able to slip his mind into the matrix directly (confusion over this point has led to mwm theory). From there, his power reaches all the way back to where it came from - the Source (thanx Oracle). There, he can hack into the sentinels, causing them to crash. I assume that power is given to him by the Oracle after choosing the left door.

b) His mind falls into Mobil Ave probably because he was not ready for such a feat, comparable to the kung fu fighting training with Morpheus (his reflexes were not yet those of the One). Mobil Ave leads from the Source / Machine World to the Matrix, so he stranded there probably because he went back from the source, intending to go through the matrix and to eject from it.

The one is purely code, real world code in the matrix. The machines give this code to the best recipient, and attack Zion when he reaches his potential, thus the one goes to the oracle for help and goes to the arcitect's room. Being the one has nothing to do with the real world, but if you're the one than you have real world code in the matrix, that you want out and people hacking in and seeing the matrix on the ships, they get you out. Neo's powers in the real world have nothing to do with 'the one'. Think about it, it would be too dangerous for the machines to do that. Neo's mind was different after the arcitect's room. I think being with the arcitect and having his 'survival' instincts from saving trinity, he was able to focus and think like a machine in a human way. After the arcitect's powerful presence, he was able to focus that intelligence into something he wanted. But neo couldn't keep this intelligence and survive, couldn't keep his head. I don't think anyone could explain why he ended up at Mobil Ave. Maybe because of the connection between him and the machines at that time, the intensity of stopping the sentinalls, and that connection between him and the machines caused him to end up at a machine place, also the intensity almost killed him, and instead of dying in his human nature he had the machines' energy which instead of dying in his human self, the real world, the machine energy kept him alive and at mobil ave.

I have seen it. Ever heard the explict truth that the oracle eludes questions and with vague answers. Maybe you're the one who should start thinking.
