The trilogy is about a computer, NEO is an accounting program,hacker by night, "a program hacking programs" suggests Neo. there are operating systems like The Arcitect . Agents are security programs,and the Sentinals could be firewalls and all the characters are programs{humans} when Neo, and Trinity are killed they were simply placed in the recycle box, then simply restored to life the agent copies himself, in short this is the equivalent to the children's cartoon show (REBOOT) ONLY THE WACH. BROTHERS, portrayed it in a way that we human viewers could relate to it

I would like to at least challenge you to find some fault with this theory and reply back with your comments

No, I meant the fact that the humans in the Matrix are programs. Thats part of hitcher's theory.
