I would have to go back… I couldn’t live without decent food (I nearly wrote “Real” food – duh) + I’m claustrophobic… yeah, that about settles it! Wink But if I had a real choice, I’d like to keep my memory of what the matrix really is. Mary-Sueish, I know, but still… the possibilities… just too tempting. Uncle Ben

I'd probably want to, but try to see the fun side of things like jacking into the Matrix & doing insane stuff, & Zion doesn't look to bad, they have proper food (bread & stuff like that) in Zion which would keep you sane.

Well..... here I am.

I would most defiantly choose the matrix, food just tastes too good to give up. The same goes for the sunshine, forests and beaches. Not to mention friends, family and all my personal belongings (I don't care if it's just a bunch of 0's & 1's, they're my 0's & 1's! Notagain )

Besides it's not like the machines are sucking up our body heat and giving us nothing in return. If they wanted, I’m sure that they keep our minds stuck in unconsciousness limbo, while using our bodies as batteries; instead of giving us an artificial world in which to roam.

Unfortunately no one can be told what The Matrix is...You have to see it for yourself.

In order for the body to produce energy the brain must be active, that's why The Matrix was created. Also, it would be pretty hard to keep billions of people unconscious.

Keep me plugged in. I know I wouldn't be able to handle a place like Zion. Besides I prefer the company of machines to humans anyway Whitelaugh

Don't forget the new computers in the real world.
And if you want to learn how to fly a choppah or ANYTHING its just to DOWNLOAD IT to your brain, feel the FREEDOM, its DEFINATELY worth eating that white slimy sauce.

You can always plug-in and eat a nice dinner in the matrix Wink.

I think the most people voted for fighting for freedom, but when it's time, they actually choose the first option. I voted for the first option...

Everyone knows that they don't want to be part of a war if they can avoid it. Everybody has that survival instinct that says BEWARE. However, everyone also knows that if they had the opportunity to make a difference they would. Basically what I am trying to say is that everyone would rather be shletered in the cocoon of the Matrix, but would probably free themselves and humanity if they could.

I'd rather try and fight and free as many minds as possible. Once I knew the truth it would be hard to try to live a lie although technically I wouldn't remember any of it. I guess it's just the principle.

And it would not matter if there was a war going on or not. i would not hesitate in taking the red pill, and i would not even think about the idea of going back in the matrix. Whitelaugh

As a human, I would rather be a Zionist. But I would rather be an exiled program working for The Merovingian as a bodyguard (aka The Q-Ball Gang). Cool

Golfb88: I agree, it would be better to know the truth than to live a lie. Plus: You would have to learn everything the hard way if you lived in The Matrix, hehe I would rather the knowledge zapped into my brain.

No matter what you say, The Matrix Trilogy was made perfectly.
