I think that the Architect want to humans and machines live together in armony.
So i believe that Neo has an IA Chip inside him (he is a machine), then, he loves trinity, trinity loves him, so machines love humans, humans love machines, this is the end of the war.

Cool... I like that. Humans love machies, machines love humans. Just one question, does IA refer to Intelligence Artificial?

If Neo has an Intelligent Artificial Chip inside his head, he is half human, half machine, so that explain how he could stop centinels at end of Reloaded!
