»Red Circles (Starting a Firewall?)«

In Matrix 2, when Morpheus is planin' blowup the power plant, go to the building, etc. NEO, feels something and in the screen you can see, 3 red circles.
What is this?
I think that this is the moment when the Firewall is reconected!

No...I think that's just the building exploding.

the explosion for me, representes the moment that the FIREWALL (program computer that prevent attacks of hackers, etc.) is Up again.
Red dots could be when it is starting...

If it's starting up again, then wouldn't the building have been all exploded before they knocked out the power?

Cool theory, but sometimes a cigar is just a cigar...

in 5 minutes the power will up again, the firewall get up , but.... Neo leave open the back orifice! (programer's door) so, everything explote similar that happend in a real network when a hack make a hole in the system.
May be I am nuts, may be not!

It is a wall of fire, or in the movie's case a wall of explosion that would destroy or block unwanted people. But I think it is derived from FireWall

I think Neo just sees the future (as he did with Trinitie's falling).

He sees the red spots during Keymaker's explanations. And combined with the oracle's words...
The Oracle: "We can never see past the choices we don't understand."
...it makes sense. Because now is knowing / understanding more he can see the future more.
