How could Cypher get inside te matrix [Matrix 1] and had a dinner with Smith without an operator??? Was Tank or his brother is same busisness?

1) You don't need an operator as seen in Enter The Matrix
2) When Neo visits Cypher, Cypher was programming a hack to arrange the meeting with Smith, but without anyone noticing. Thus his reaction:

in ETM sparks has to hit load in order for them to enter the matrix.
if sparks werent there how could the enter the matrix?

plus, in the movies an operator has to be near a persons comuter screen (the one that shows the brainwaves) and press "LOAD" and then the go in. according to that logic an operator is absolutly neccessary in order to enter the matrix, ergo the directors obviously left out important information as to just how the hell cypher got in. maybe in a deleted scene the whole gang went in for something and cypher broke away to rendesvous with smith.
