The code is the thing that make NEO powerful(The one), right?.
BUt what is that code? A program? DNA code? Or it is just the NEO's mind(soul)?

If it is a program, then Since the first "NEO" the machines are copying the code on a selected human.

Or The one born by an error occured on the process of creating the humans.

it was probably both. the humans are all genetically engineered so the machines definitely have the technology for manipulating DNA code. and since the DNA code of these humans allow them to be jacked into software, it would also make sense that the machines can alter their residual images within the software.

but the first "chosen one" was an error? or was created to reset the matrix too?

the one was always created to correct the system anomaly.

That's what I thought/think too, from the Architect's speech. I read somewhere that perhaps the original Matrix (and 2nd) were basically "movies" that played out in people's minds, so they were completely passive. The first one was like Heaven, the second one was like Hell, but people still rejected it. Finally it was discovered that humans need choice, so the current Matrix was created in the form of the be-all end-all of MMORPG's.

But in doing so, it introduces anomalies, such as humans rejecting the program (99% accept it, the rest got unplugged and made it to Zion).

The flaw in the system is that humans have free will.

The anomaly is Neo.
