I was watching the Matrix last night and I noticed a little thing, Did you notice that the number on Neo's flat is "101" (he lives in room 101, hehe). Also, take a look at this part from M1:

"Room 101" is a term used to describe a room where you put all the things you don't like. I don't know if it's a global expression or just a British thing.

I've also noticed that the term is used to describe educational courses;

"Physics 101", "Maths 101" etc.

Which I beleive is the starting point of a subject, but may be wrong.
