well, then explain to me how Neo can see in gold code in the real world, he sees Smith and the machines in the same way, and don't say"because Smith is a special program" because at the end of the first matrix movie when Neo looked at Smith in code he was a bright green.
And also, saying that the green code is layered over the gold code(or the gold code is super compressed inside the green code as the very beginning hints at) isn't correct, because 1. a bunch of gold/yellow DOESN'T make green, no matter which way you slice it, 2. there'd be no reason for the machines to program the code a different color, because they can read the coding like we can see with our eyes, and humans just make things stand out to differentiate it on first glance, but since machines are specific anyway, they don't need to.

I don't believe that it's code at all. I just believe Neo sees the "energy" in which each entity is given off.
