The purpose of the One was to destroy all of humanity? Everyone plugged into the Matrix is dead at the end, right? The humans left are free, but the others are dead.

The Architect at the end says to the Oracle "You played a dangerous game." What does this mean? I assume it refers to Smith, something she created to help lead to the death of all humans. It worked, but came close to failing.

I think I'm missing something.

the program Smith was deleted, not all of humanity...
