Seems like there has been a Reload of this forum, and now the same threads we have discussed before are popping up again.

This time, though, the anomaly seems to be greater, and we will probably soon get threads with names like "Smith is the mother of the Matrix" and more people who always seems to be thinking they were the first with the MWAM theory.

Face it...

- Zion is real.
- Neo is a human.
- The Oracle is the mother.
- The Sentinels stopped because they recognized Neo and self-destructed (He is still needed by the system).

Your assertions are perhaps to be argued ... but wrong.

Anyway, I like to contribute to lnger threads in order to get communications going. This one shot is like spitting out an opinion and not really a community result. It is a good idea to revive older subjects ... may be in a new light. Or are the issues solved? Are they outdated?

I understand you was initially created to investigate certain aspects of the human psyche, but you were not created to confuse and complicate it.

Yes, it is a good thing to argue, as long as it is about a problem that needs to be resolved, or leads to deeper understanding of something.

If there is no value or progress in the debate, we will never get anywhere, and we'll be just like our leaders and politicians.

There are many things that could be explored further by people with in-depth knowledge about buddhism, quantum mechanics, Pi, AI, and so on. But most people see Matrix Reloaded 2 times and go to bed and think "What if there is another matrix outside the matrix?" and then they think "What if there is another matrix outside THAT matrix?".

And then they think they are really smart, get out of bed, run to the computer and logs on to a forum to write their amazing theory.

It is very obvious to me at this is what the W. Bros. intended by making us think that Zion is not real, just by showing some sentinels recognizing Neo and self-destructing...

I couldn't care less of batteries. They are not significant to me, because I got my power from beyond.

An Interesting thought: The agents never pops up out of the blue. They use normal bodies to be transformed instead. So programs have to be linked in any way to a human body. Just the personality and look changes.

I just made an observation without claiming to have more insight. And there is nothing mentioned about using or not-using bodies as the canvas of the personalities of Oracle, Merovingian, Persephone, etc. . Do you know more?

i agree with your positions above, but i got one problem.

if the sentinels stopped because they are programmed to not kill the one, then they probably wouldn't have gotten so close to zapping him in M1. tank had to emp them. they didn't self destruct. why?

for cool people who believe in a real world, neo's encounter with the sentinels doesn't prove anything for our position. don't bring it up, maybe they'll forget it happened.

for the dorks who believe the MIM junk, neo zapping the sentinel, proves most of their position.

I just don't think the W. Bros. will give Neo superpowers in the real world, so I tried to explain it (the stopping of the sentinels) the only way possible without there being some wireless communication going on.

2) Moreover they did not stop immediately. You can see that leading one stops AND THE OTHERS continue to fly and THEN stop (as they reach Neo's space). Thus it is most probably not self-destruction but a forcefield surrounding Neo.
