I was a bit disappointed with that. I was wondering what song they would use. It was one of two things that disappointed me about the whole experience. The other one was the guy sitting behind me that was drunk and/or high and kept making lewd comments about Trinity fairly loudly.

I don't know the name of it, but the one where Zach is saying, "Fuck you, I won't do what you tell me" seems fitting. Of course...they probably couldn't get away with using that because of the excessive use of the word "fuck". Oh well. When you watch it on DVD, you can listen to some Rage on your CD player and you'll feel right as rain.

It could be possible they didn't play any Rage Against the Machine at the end, because there is no more rage from the Zionites against the machines in the movie. Smile

Good point Sly

For that matter, does anyone know what "Sawbitch Workhorse" means? How about "Trinity Definitely"? Or "Neodammerung"? They were probably just obscuring the titles so as not to give away the movie (does anyone remember buying the Star Wars Phantom Menace soundtrack with the track "Qui-Gon's Funeral" on it? Damn.)

But honestly, the end track of any movie is the director's last effort to get across an emotion for the overall film. If we all walked out of the theaters head bashing to Rage, we'd all have wanted more carnage. Which we aren't going to get.

(BTW: For any of you movie score buffs out there, what the hell is with the end track for the Return of the King score? Damnit.)

Was that the Gollum song? I liked it. I was feeling for the little guy when Smeagol was trying to overcome Gollum. I think the song fit well.

No, you're right, that song was beautiful, but that was the conclusion to the Two Towers. I'm talking about the forthcoming finale to the trilogy. To go through this whole quest and hear that song...*shivers*.

Oh, whoops! You said Return of the King, and I read it as The Two Towers! I don't know why I keep doing that. Whenever I mean to type "The Two Towers" I always start with "Return of th--" Fuck! I mean "The Two Towers!"

But now that I realize the mistake, you can ignore all my posts here, haha.

That sucks. Trinity's way too cool to be dissed by an drunk :youstupidbastard: Grr...

I think Neodammerung is something in Norwegian, because I looked it up a long time ago, and I think it had something to do with a waitress. But I have no idea what it is now.

I'm glad there is no rage against the machine in the end. The song which was chose to be played in the end of revolutions, 'Navras' is far better option.

I think it was good that they had neodammerung as the score for the final fight, the lyrics come from the katha upanishad and says, from delusion lead me to truth(1st film)
From darkness lead me to light(2nd film)
From death lead me to immortality(3rd film)
I think navras has almost the same text.

this is also from neodammerung score from the mundaka upanishad and says-In him are woven the sky and the earth and all the regions of the air,and in him rest the mind and all the powers of life.Know him as the ONE and leave aside all other words. He is the bridge of immortality.

From delusion lead me to truth.
From darkness lead me to light.
From death lead me to immortality.

"Dämmerung" is a German word that means "twilight". The word "Neodämmerung" is probably a combination of the words "Neo" and "dämmerung", or "Neo's twilight".
There is a famous German opera by Richard Wagner called Gotterdämmerung, or "Twilight of the Gods". It is the last opera in a four-opera cycle.

OTTAWA — Canadians are bracing themselves for a bad news budget from Prime Minister Stephen Harper's government and are firmly opposed to the Tories' plan to slash the public nike-air-jordan.org... pension system for future senior citizens, a new poll has found.

The national survey by Ipsos Reid nike-air-max-pascher.org..., conducted for Postmedia News and Global TV, suggests that while Canadians are ready for a March 29 austerity budget that slashes government spending to reduce the deficit, the public has not yet accepted Harper's argument for why the pension system needs to be cut.

The poll found that 49 per cent of Canadians are preparing for a "bad news" budget from federal Finance Minister Jim Flaherty and that 57 per cent do not "trust" Harper and the Conservatives to make the "right choices" to ensure the budget is "fair and reasonable nike-air-max-pascher.net...."

As well nike-air-max90.net..., more than two-thirds of Canadians oppose the view that the country needs to "sacrifice" pensions to keep taxes down or increase the retirement age to control rising pension system costs.

"If he moves on pensions, it's going to get nasty," Ipsos Reid president Darrell Bricker said in an interview Friday.

Bricker said it's clear the government has "conditioned" the public for a tough budget and that Canadians won't be expecting tax cuts or a message of "sunshine and celebration" from Flaherty air-max-soldes.net....

But it has failed to prepare the public for the political time bomb — on pension cutbacks — that seems ready to explode.

"To the extent that there is going to be a controversial and difficult part of this budget that could get the government in some real difficulty acheternikechaussures.org..., it would be around this issue. It's because they have not made the case."
