Alternatives?

Knowing that the W. brothers are merely human, I challenge the Administrator. I challenge you all.
The challenge: give me an alternative explanation that would have worked for Revolutions as to why Neo has powers in the real world.
And before giving me the link to the main Matrix explanations on this site, please keep in mind that i have already read those. What i want though is REASONING as to WHY any these alternatives would work better on the majority of the audience than the explanation that the W. brothers have already given us.
Another point to keep in mind before you think your up to the challenge: Most of the people who have seen Revolutions tonight may not have been as "hardcore" into the plot as you (the reader) have been. Therefore the alternative + reasoning must be somewhat stupified to a level that the average person can interpret it -- and enjoy. Consider this when your telling me about a possible "wireless connection to the matrix" (not implying anything with that quote. Just stating an example.)
Who's up to this?

How about this one...
Remembering that we do need to keep the explanation simple enough for our 'dates' to understand the movie, let's try to remember that this is a 'comic book' type story.
With that in mind, what is so difficult about Neo having extraordinary, supernatural, or just plain SUPER powers outside of the Matrix. We don't need to understand more than just what the Oracle said : " The ONE gets his powers from the SOURCE " ... good enough ? Hey, SuperMan gets his powers from our Yellow Sun ! Google search for a discussion on that reasoning. He's a superhero, just like NEO. We want Neo to be human like us, but he's not like us, he's THE ONE, we're not the one, or Morpeus would have unplugged us too.

1. Hey, I wanted to write this, too.
2. How about the sky was clouded to weaken the humans because all of them have super powers?
3. How about the old idea, that Neo has some machine parts in him that enable a wireless connection? And since his clash with Smith/Architect he has the self-destruction codes for the sentinels?
_ANY_ GODDAM EXPLANATION is better than an explanation by the Oracle.
"Hey, I stopped the sents because I am the One" doesn't explain anything.
a. And it does not explain how Zion could have been destroyed 5 times already. Sure, they make underground cities within 5 years and 23 people.
b. And it doesn't explain why a matrix exists. What is it for?
c. And it doesn't explain why machines keep humans alive. Energy? Spare me. The sun is just a few hundred meters above them.
d. I could go on forever. This sucks.
Even an explanation like "Zion is fake since 3 billion years, and outside of it are only brains attached to a neural network" is OK.
It seems, that they left an open ending (Is Neo dead? Is Zion real? What's with the small girl? What will the Merovingian do?) to merchandise comics etc.
Maybe they felt, that explainig that "Zion is real" is too time consuming and would confuse viewers. Thus they said: "OK, let's make Revolutions an action movie and let the comics/Animatrix 2 explain."

I loved it. I thought it was great. I think the explanation was fine. Cmon, Star Wars was like my favorite movie as a kid and theres tons of stuff never explained in depth.
Do you think that maybe thinking about it too much ruined the movie for you? There's tons of references to philosophic ideas and stuff that can even now still be considered. But there was never a promise that if you managed to connect so many dots together that it was going to be related to a plot- its a movie man! Cheer up! And would you guys be as upset if maybe you hadnt been banking on one or more of your theories that just had to be right? How could they have made a movie really that answered all the questions it raised? Plus, it had to end- they had to wrap it up, conclude the story. The only thing I can imagine that would make someone like the 2nd movie more than the last was that it was left unened and open to so many possibilities... so was there really a way to satisfy everyone?
I suggest:
a script that is made up by reading the matrix-explained forums and cutting and pasting them into a frankensteinian script that everyone can watch and go: ooh! there's my mwm theory! there's knnknn's kid theory! lisa's reverse vampire theory! etc.. its played out like theres this list that morpheus just kinda reads off of to the Oracle and she explains it while Neo sits down going "whoah!" the whole time. mmm... stale popcorn, dont you stand in your chair...

But I dont sit idly by, I'm planning a big surprise, I'm gonna fight for what I want to be

It's probably dumb, but remember in the first matrix, when neo was trying the jump program he fell and busted his lip, then when he is unplugged he see's blood and says "i thought it wasn't real" morpheous says "the mind makes it real" so in during the course of the trilogy he could have became so engrossed in having matrix crontrolling powers his mind made it a reality, sortof a mind over matter thing i guess.. you might have heard it but i havent read it so i thought i'd share it..

Can people not leave it as it is? The Wachowskis had reasons behind everything they did, and all it takes to understand those reasons is to open your mind just a little bit, 'Free your mind' as it were. The dude who wrote all the stuff on the main bit of the matrix site, about unanswered questions and how it could be different is wrong. No questions were really left unanswered you just need to look deep inside the story to find the answers. it is not designed to be easy to work everything out, and it takes time! All the people that say they are fans of the matrix yet want to change its ending or the story cannot be true fans, because a true fan would appreciate and understand that everything happened for a reason. Do you not watch the films and become deeply involved in the watching and understanding of them? i know that when we i watch any of the films i am totally engrossed and not just in the vfx. The stories that all intertwine, the interesting characters which are mush deeper run than people see. The Matrix is not just a set of films, it is more like a representation of an interpretation of the truth. Believe it if you will. I do.
