Take your time to read thru it... it's worth it. It explaines several things, including why Neo was able to see/stop machines in the Real World, how the machines could live while humans are free to leave the Matrix and how angent Smith was destroyed in the end.

I was totally confused by Revolutions, but this made me appreciate the ending much, much more:
