»Matrix Revolutions is a fake«

and i feel really bad for you, shidoshi100, that you think you know everything.

i have read your post on why you think matrix revolutions answers all questions, and i guess if you feel like you're happy with that ending, then to each his own.

to you, the movie is about peace between humans and the machines, which, by the way, is pretty obvious and i think most of us get that part. but what we are disappointed about is that we thought the movie was about what is real and what is not, and about free will vs. determinism, which are much more interesting topics than the co-existence between man and machines. you just blow it off by saying it's too philosophical and making generic comments such as "what is real is what is real to you" and "all programs have a purpose". as a programmer, i would expect you to have a broader understanding of programs and of AI. with the birth of AI, we are no longer dealing with machines, but with another race of sentient beings who are every bit as complex as we are, the only difference being our composition, since we're made of flesh and they are made of metal. but since they are sentient, the questions of reality and free will applies to them as well as to ourselves, and that is what makes the movie really interesting. but like i said, if you think revolutions answered all your questions and you are happy with it, then great, good for you. but for the rest of us who had deeper thoughts and saw the greater potential for the movie, i guess we'll just have to wait for something else.

And it is a fake as it is for M2 if we examine the whole thing by the original M1 story. Take a closer look at:

I think they had some vague ideas of the rest of the story, but that's it. Somebody seems to be watching Neo's interrogation through screens very similar to the Architect's in M1.

I predict the True "Matrix Revolutions" will be released in 2007...
