As I said, it won't be me who will wish that they had an archive. Not my problem and not my tears. Only a suggestion for the forward thinkers to ponder.

I don't think they're concerned with thinking. This is more like a "book club" where they read one books a year and find ways that the movies coincide with their book.

For instance, tozy says (paraphrasing), "I started looking to the matrix because I knew it had deeper meaning." Then, you show it to him and he's completely dumbfounded by the whole experience. To this day, he prattles how he doesn't understand, but then does nothing to understand. He and someone else writes a paper that talks about maya but he doesn't know what that is either. When given the opportunity to understand, he is once again dumbfounded by the WHOLE experience. Tozy, the world has had its fill of cross-dressing, over-passionate Germans. Give it a break, you fucking made a good guess.

This isn't a think tank. I doubt very much they are even the ages they say they are.

Then, Capt. here is a just a Grade-A liar. So, you can't trust a word he says, and there's no telling how many accounts he has on here. Max never did post on any other board, did he? Hmm.... I love it how I asked max about pi, and he says, "I never saw the movie." Duh. LMAO! He goes: Neoplatonism...this is no joke. Then, still doesn't put it together. Truth is capt. I can see you unerstand these movies up to a point. But, what you understand is the conspiracy theory parts of the movie. The BS. For instance, A is not for Anarchy; it's for (Apoc)alypse. And, Apocalypse doesn't mean that the world ends. It means your world ends. V is not for Vendetta; V is for making Natalie Portman (or any one who were to play that part) into a sex symbol.

Same with the moderator who doesn't moderate but instigates fights. Dear god, one has to wonder if he knows how the Greeks play into this. Let's see it's a Rated R movie, but children are running boards about it. Laughable.

It would be a waste to list all the various, little hooligans who don't know their asses from a hole in the ground.

Anyway, Smith was right. He was always right. The end was inevitable, and NEO used everything but his brain.

First point: the only true law of the universe is change. Nothing lasts forever.... Kids, don't waste your lives away on things you don't have enough resources (maturity, intelligence, money) to understand. It could be said that nothing is sacred anymore. But, you do have to be in a position to understand why it was sacred in the first place. And, all the people mentioned above are not there, yet.

Second point: NEO ran round in circles for several incarnations thinking he could fight his way out of his problems. When he was shown his history, he became strong enough to break those vicious circles. But, he had to stop thinking he could beat Smith through fighting. The white light of liberation does not come through fighting. It appears because of realization something his "wrathful deity" could not contend.

Not knowing your subject matter is fine...having conversations about how little you know is, um, hard evidence of two people of low intelligence.

And, here's a little life lesson: An example of a conversation of how little you (the collective you) know....

Your parent comes to you and says, "Johnny, go clean up your room." And, you ask, "Why?" Your parent says, "Because I said so," You say, "That's not fair,"

Why is this a conversation about how little you know...because no one ever told you, life is fair, or that you shouldn't clean your room, or that cleaning your room should be questioned? You say, "But, I'm allowed to ask questions". The answer is, "So?"

You see. Capt, it's all in the way you frame your statements/questions?

Let's use the person who asks is "The Matrix propaganda for the Masons?" The answer is no. However, one of the people on the thread went cut and paste crazy and starts in on the Mervs and all kinds of things attached to it.

Hell, I know a lot of Mervs who can't stand the Masons...the Pope and any other creature that's inline with that world of understanding.

Could his superstition be true? Could be. Does it answer the question? No. Why? Well, you saw Happy Feet, didn't you?

Anyway. The problem is not only has the OP framed the idea one way, but a subsequent poster has framed it another way, both who exhibit a lack of understanding as far as the subject is concerned.

Now, if I confidently understand that they are in the dark about the issue, and they've convinced themselves to the point of posting their ignorance for the public to see. How could anyone say anything contrary to their beliefs that wouldn't seem like "theory" to them?

So, I can say a couple things like...

Screwy (because it makes very little sense)
Good Luck (because they're going to need it)
Good work (because I want them to feel blissful in their ignorance)

Or, I can throw a bone to see if he's considered other more real POVs...

"Yeah, but the Masons as a whole typically don't agree with other".

Or, I can ignore him and say nothing.
-------------

Because I've been throwing you (not just you) bones for months now, Cap. You're sitting in a Catch-22 situation.

1. You either know the subject matter and are playing stupid. A liar.

2. You pretend to know your subject. A liar.

Let me give you a for instance...your little story.

1. You either know the value of having correct spelling in a paper and purposely put in (left in) mistakes to keep a sympathetic ear (eye) on the boards. A liar.

2. You have simply pretending that someone didn't tell you there were mistakes in that paper. A liar.

Now, why would someone want to pretend to be a loser or be a loser?

I think your first reaction to me was. "Here's someone who needs someone to listen." Hmm...

That was DEEP!

Now a lot of things are clearer.

This should be the new rule for responding to posts/threads:

...if I confidently understand that they are in the dark about the issue, and they've convinced themselves to the point of posting their ignorance for the public to see.

1. Screwy (because it makes very little sense)
2. Good Luck (because they're going to need it)
3. Good work (because I want them to feel blissful in their ignorance)

4. Or, I can throw a bone to see if he's considered other more real POVs...

That way, every one knows where everyone else stands and ethically, everyone knows what's what.

You sure shed some serious light on the members of the forum with that post. Keep it coming!

PS.

My idolizing of Peter Venkman speaks much more to my age. V wasn't exaclty aimed at the 5 year old demographic (toys aside).

That's spam, too. I guess since the domain name is still active, th3 p4th couldn't redirect traffic as he had planned. 3Tooth
