Anybody not over there yet should seriously consider going. th3 p4th and I have already migrated/repeated our central thesis threads in the "Matrix Theories" part of the new forum. Why don't more of us do this over there? Cool

Many of Matrix-Explained's members have moved. Check us out at--matrixfans2007.informe.com...

...And Karma.

One of you might want to bring even the discussions that were not your favorites over there so you will have something to show future posters who might bring these issues up again. If for no other reason than reference and continuity's sake.

Perhaps.

Time will tell.

But bringing all the history that should be brought over, is an endeavor, I don't want to take on.

"I don't f*ck much with the past, but I f*ck plenty with the future," Patti Smith

Personally I'm not too interested in bringing the past over, just in grabbing things that I think are still worth discussing.

He means he wants to talk about things conspiracy theorists love to talk about: evil masonic conspiracies, shape-shifting transformer aliens, batman, the occult, and whatever lies people like to talk about to make themselves feel better.

White- and blue-collar slaves that create their own cage. And, when they leave one cage, they jump to another.

Many people ask if the Wachowskis read this stuff and laugh. You don't have to be a Wachowski to find the irony in watching people use liberty as their own cage.

You know, when people "play" the (financial) markets, they think they're going to beat the average. But, it doesn't take a genius to know that it is impossible for everyone to conquer this objective.

I do? Then why didn't I move any of those threads over? Shocked

I just mean that if anyone here wants some 2003 thread they really love for what it says but no one's commented on it since 2004 or whatever, then they should move it themselves. I'm just moving stuff that imho still might have some life in it (and some of inev's stuff 'cause th3 p4th requested it).

Which threads would didn't you move over? A conspiracy theorists always follow a certain line of thinking, and the post/thread is only a manifestation of that thinking.

Gina: I don't know when you became a conspiracy theorist. Probably when you <insert insulting insinuation>

Capt: But I think Roswell was a weather balloon, JFK was killed by Oswald, Masons are just fun old guys. I've never been into conspiracy theory.

Gina: Your posts show a leaning toward conspiracy drivel which is evident to anyone intelligent enough to read them.

Capt: Which posts?

Gina: I'm not interested in playing this game with you Capt. It's funny how people like you always <insert derisive generalization>

Capt: You're a loony

Gina: GL, Capt.

There, now we have that out of the way. On to the New Forum!

1. Then where do y'all plan on referring n00bs, to, when they bring up stuff that is not "still worth discussing" so that their questions are answered? Or what can you cut and paste for them?

For instance, if someone brings up EM/WiFi, or anything like that, you're gonna wish you had Max's 1,407 post thread available to show why they don't wanna go there, yes? 3Tooth

2. And you're gonna want emoticons...lots of emoticons.

3. Any saved messages?

Are you referring to the posts that you haven't deleted or the MxO beta boards? I must admit you're the first person who's gone back and deleted their own posts.

Oh, and weren't you one of the morons claiming that 7/7 had something to do with a bombing?

And, what did you say about being a reptile? V?

intel,
we can either cry abou what we loose, because it is simply too much to copy...
or we can be happy about what we will have...

As I said, it won't be me who will wish that they had an archive. Not my problem and not my tears. Only a suggestion for the forward thinkers to ponder.

tozy wrote:

I would have thought that you knew that this cliche is a false dichotomy, because there is no difference once the qualifying description - "half" is present. There's a glass...with some water (or something) inside it. Any futher connotations will likely stem from the context it (the glass of water) is in.

No? Any way, sounds like a nice party!
