This whole idea that Sofia wrote the "source material" for The Matrix is outlandish crap. It's obvious that both the Wachowski's and Sofia refferenced much of the same historical and religious material for their respective scripts. The wachowski's no more ripped Sofia off than Sofia ripped off The 'Christian' Bible.
